One million photos of the Triboro and Hell Gate Bridge from Astoria

Sep 7, 2012

in None, Queens

I take a lot of photos of the Triborough and Hell Gate Bridges. Probably at least one every time I run. They’re just so striking. Did I ever tell you I heart Astoria and my new apartment is way better than Steinway? They’re doing no good sitting in the ole computer so I put them here for you. Happy Friday! Have a great weekend.

PS. I’m going to put them all full size over on Facebook, go ahead and like the page while you’re there.

I miss living over there. Woodside is nice, but not nearly as pretty. See you Sunday!

Great photos! You beat me to the punch. I was going to post an ode to bridges also this past weekend after seeing I have lots of photos of them. But something happened with Picasaweb and I lost interest. This post might just the thing to inspire to work on it again.

I love these photos! I work in Dumbo and have the pleasure of seeing the Manhattan Bridge from my cube. I should take more bridge photos! I feel like I take my scenery for granted sometimes. Thanks for the inspiration!

Yes! Total hazard. I feel like I’m constantly iphoning everywhere I go and most the time the photos just end up living in my photo stream.
